The Stockton Aviation Building is a 66,000 square foot multi-tenant building located at the Atlantic City International Airport which was completed in 2019. The exterior building shell consisted of a medium voltage underground electrical service, telephone, and cable TV services, site lighting and electric vehicle charging provisions. The interior building consisted of new lighting and automated lighting controls, emergency power systems, mechanical and plumbing equipment, fire alarm detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, and security systems. Upon completion of the building, we completed various tenant fit outs to the spaces over the next 2 years. Some of the tenants were the Federal Aviation Administrations, Atlantic County Community College, and The Wolpert Company.
The ADM Water Treatment Facility is a water treatment facility for the ADM Company located in Vineland, NJ that was completed in the fall of 2023. ADM manufacturers soup bases and the byproduct of their food manufacturing process is not clean enough to dispose of into the local sewer. This new treatment facility cleans the waste using micro-organisms so the water can be discharged into the sewer. The facility consists of a new electrical service, electrical control panels and transformers. Power and control wiring to various pump motors and tank sensors as well as heat tracing of over 1,000 feet of outdoor piping.
Julios Mexican Restaurant is a dine-in and take-out restaurant located in Vineland, NJ which was completed in the fall of 2023. It was formerly a retail meat market but was completely gutted and converted into a beautiful eatery. Electrical panels were upgraded, new interior lighting and controls, power wiring for mechanical, plumbing and kitchen equipment. A new walk-in cooler/freezer box was added along with exhaust hood and ANSUL Systems.
Rheem Manufacturing Company completed a new training facility in the fall of 2023, designed to teach HVAC installers how to install heating and cooling systems. Located off Route 295 in Lawnside, NJ, this new state-of-the-art facility is the first of its kind. New electrical systems include power panels and transformers, interior lighting and controls, and power wiring for mechanical and plumbing equipment. One of the coolest installations is a lighted translucent floor so installers can see the underfloor hot water heating systems after installation.
